Helping out a political candiate

Over the course of two afternoons, I went from door to door with a political candidate in order to tell them about him and inform them about it his political ideas and why they should vote for him.

Renovating a school

During the summer of 2009, a group of my school and I went to Namibia in order to renovate a school. There, we painted the walls and tiled the floor.

Sandboarding

I went sandboarding in the Namib desert in Namibia.

Meeting with a company

When in Windhoek, Namibia, I met with the managing director of a major company in order to ask for financial help.

Cooking in Namibia

When in Namibia with my school in the summer of 2009, I had to cook meals for the whole group with my group.

Sports Day

I helped run an activity during the sports day at my school. I had to make sure the kids were doing what they had to do and supervise them.

Skiing

I have skied over the last winter with a guide in order to get better skiing skills in off-piste.

MUN Admin

On the weekend of the 28th and 29th of March I was an admin for the MUN conference held at ISP. I did photocopies, passed notes, got lunch for 80 people, arranged classrooms...

International Day

On the last day of school before Winter Vacation an International Day was organized at school. I was part of the Canadian stand and I helped set the room up as well as bring food to participate. I totalized 5 hours.

Winter Formal

As part of the Namibia Project I had to organise an event in order to raise monay for a school located in Namibia.

Summer

During Summer 2008 I took two 3 weeks long course at Columbia University in New York. To complete the course, I had to create an advertising campaign for a product/service of my choice. I worked in a group of 6 people and we completed the project successfully. In total, I gained 2 X 56 = 112 hours of creativity.

Tennis

Every Saturday morning since September I have a tennis class which lasts an hour. I didn't go every morning but I am now totalizing 13 hours.
